MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT’S DESK
At Chemic, we are optimistic about our future despite the current economic challenges.
We believe that our response to the economic downturn has made us stronger and more capable of tackling the robust engineering challenges of the future. Our faith in God has been strengthened as He has provided for us and positively affected our optimism for the future.
During the slow economic period, we re-invested in our organization by executing training which includes the following examples:
Additionally, our Sales and Marketing staff initiated new strategies which continue to yield new clients across diverse industries. With this diversification, we will be better able to withstand the next economic downturn. We are investing in new software technology which will enable us to pursue engineering opportunities within the “green” technologies. Additionally, this new software and additions to staff will enable us to compete for engineering opportunities within existing clients that has been beyond our capabilities in the past.
We recognize that the level of trust associated with attracting new clients must be earned and consistently nurtured through dedicated continuous improvement activities. We are committed to earning this trust by consistently providing engineering services to our clients at a “delighted” service level.

- Skill enhancement of our design personnel in Bentley’s AutoPLANT for modeling of piping systems and structures and in PI Integrated System’s FlexCAD IDS-ISO for improved efficiency in development of piping isometric drawings.
- In-house workshops for STAAD Pro and STAAD Foundation for design and analysis of steel structures and foundations, respectively.
- Development of new and enhancement of existing engineering tools and libraries within each discipline in support of our philosophy of “doing it right the first time”.
