Due to our comprehensive engineering standards, we can provide our expertise on projects from the point of development up to and including final check-out of the electrical system. Our electrical services include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Motor and Process Control – Develop control schematics using Logic, PLC and DCS automation.
  • Electrical Apparatus’ – (Motor Control Centers (MCC), Sub-Stations, Transformers and Switchboards) – Select, size and prepare one-line diagrams and installation details for power distribution in plant facilities. Coordinate with vendors and maintain an emphasis on motor controls and providing feeders of various loads.
  • Lighting, Grounding and Power – Select, design, specify and prepare installation details including cable and conduit routing. Design lighting control systems, cable tray systems, lightning protection (including tall structures, buildings, sub-stations, etc.), underground and overhead conduit banks.
  • Cathodic Protection – Includes sacrificial anodes and impressed current systems. Select optimum system, specify and prepare installation details.
  • Electrical Heat Tracing – Design and specify system based on process variables. Evaluate turn-key vendor proposals from heat trace system contractors.
  • Electrical Systems Studies – Study and evaluate existing electrical systems capacity, upgrade to higher voltage, perform short circuit, voltage drop, arc flash and motor starting using both ETAP and SKM software.
